Every Battle Pass Character, Ranked
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 has gone live! Players are currently exploring new areas of the map, embarking on new quests, mastering new weaponry, and enjoying the newest battle pass. A new season always livens things up and brings players old and new back to the island. This season has also come with new vehicles, new augments, and special events that periodically come through rifts throughout the match.
This is a special battle pass. For the first time in a while, the pass is light on collaborations, with only the “secret skin” being a collaboration. Instead, players have been treated to some truly inventive Fortnite original skins. This is a welcome change from previous seasons that have been a little collaboration-heavy. This isn’t to say that collaboration skins are a bad thing, but it’s nice to mix things up with a new battle pass.
This is a somewhat understated skin, especially for a level 100 reward. This isn’t to say that it’s a bad skin. There isn’t a bad skin in this battle pass. Mizuki has wonderful, bright blue colors and an edit style that drips an orangey gold.
The skin also has a special emote that equips hand fans as harvesters. Mizuki also has an aggressive mask that can be equipped or unequipped depending on preference. Overall, this is a simple, yet striking, skin.
7 Eren Jaeger
This is the only collaboration skin in the set, and it’s very good. Even if you’re not familiar with Attack on Titan, this is a very well-done anime skin. While we haven’t seen it yet, this skin will receive an edit style at some point down the road.
Eren Jaeger is different than a lot of existing anime skins. This skin is more subdued instead of flashy. If you didn’t know it was from Attack on Titan, you wouldn’t really know that the character was from a specific show. The outfit is very stylish and will likely be popular among fans.
Something of a wacky skin, Highwire really brings the fun to this pass. With her big bunny ears and bright glasses, she’s a very fun skin with a lot to offer. Down the line, there’s a recolor to unlock with pastel colors. It’s a wonderful skin.
Highwire also has an alternate style with a wolf head that’s winking. This is a fun and unique skin, perfect for the spring. With neon tones and a vibrant vibe, this is a perfect skin for the theme of this season.
A remix of the original Drift skin, Stray is another member of the Fox Clan. He has the option of sporting the classic gold and pink look, but has a dynamic red and white look as well. This is a great skin. It’s a little more slender than the previous drift skins because the coat is more form-fitting.
This skin is kind of in the middle of the pack. It isn’t one of the best skins in the pass, but it has certainly got a lot of style. You should definitely see it on one of the new motorcycles.
Sporting some wonderful animation, Imani is an eye-catching skin. While her style wouldn’t really be considered anime, it is a kind of retro animation that manages to really pop off the screen. Her other bright edit styles only add more flair to the skin.
This skin also comes with some killer accessories to enjoy. Her glider is a particular favorite. Imani is so unique and creative, that’s why she’s one of the best skins in this season’s battle pass. Fortnite continues to impress with their animated endeavors.
Equipped with some stunning galaxy animations, the Mystica skin is one of the most striking outfits in the battle pass. The color scheme of green and purple really pops and looks flashy. The other two edit styles, crimson and frost, are also fantastic.
This skin stands out among the others because of its strong animation with the galaxy backdrop. Mystica also comes with several wonderful accessories to make even more of an impression on players. When fully outfitted, Mystica is one of the best skins in the pass.
This chef is a top-tier skin for anyone who enjoys something unique. We haven’t really seen anything like Thunder, and his edit styles make him a must-have. If you’ve ever dreamt of being a chef, this is the skin for you.
The white and blue style of this outfit is the most striking, especially if you’re going for a fresh-out-of-the-kitchen look. Thunder is truly one of the most unique skins we’ve received in a battle pass for a while. That’s why it’s sitting here number two.
1 Renzo The Destroyer
Even though he’s the first skin you receive in the battle pass, Renzo is hands down the star of the show. His alternate gold and white style is a showstopper. His reactivity is fun and creative, lighting up his Mohawk as you get eliminations.
Renzo also has an edit style with a trench coat that looks magnificent no matter which style you’re sporting. He’s number one on this list because of his flash, his reactivity, his unique design, and the way he oozes fun when played.
